At last…All you need to know about our HCV barbecue!
When ? Saturday 27th June from noon to midnight
Where ? at the Paccots ice rink of course !
Price for the barbecue and Raclette : 45.– per adult and 25.– per child
Price for the Raclette only : 20.– per adult and 10.– per child
Schedule :
- As from 12 noon : aperitif offered by the club
- 1 pm : barbecue with salads, desserts and ice-creams !
- 2.30 pm : distribution of medals for the children and Ochsner pro-hockey vouchers following fondue sales
- As from 3pm : games for all, peanut hunt for the children as well as unihockey matches (take your unihockey sticks)
- 4.45 pm : results and prizes
- 5 pm : general assembly. It will be short, promised !
- As from 6 pm : Raclette
- From 7 pm to 8.30 pm : Mini-disco for small and big kids
- The party will carry on until midnight
